Vampire!EnglandxReader Under the same moon part 6

It was a miracle, you thought, glancing at Willow as she squeezed your hand, that she hadn’t screamed once.
2 months had passed since your little ‘adventure’, and in the two months, you and Arthur had grown close, and you found, much to your disbelief, that you had fallen in love with the vampire.
“Willow, you’re not taking deep breaths.” Maria mumbled, looking in concern at the older girl. Willow, however, just narrowed her blue eyes.
“You try doing this!” She snapped, gasping as a wave of pain rolled up her body.
It was the middle of fall, and Willow had gone into labor at exactly midnight.

“Will you stop pacing?” Seamus looked like he wanted to strangle his older brother as Alistair was wearing paths into the carpeted floor.  The red head stopped where he was standing at Seamus’s words, ran a hand through his hair, then started pacing again.
Seamus sighed.
“Give him a break, will ya?” Dylan placed another card on the table, frowning as Arthur laid all his card’s down, smirking at the royal flush.  “Willow’s in there, in pain, with no husband to lean on, giving birth to living creatures-“ Dylan smiled sheepishly when Alistair shot him one of his death glare.
All 4 pairs of eyes widened as a soft shriek came through the door.

A grin broke across your face as Willow held the girl twins close to her body.
“Better go get Alistair.” Camilla too was smiling, and Eliza leaped up.
“I’ll do it!” she shouted, and scampered out of the room.  You shook your head at the older girl’s eagerness to get out of the room, and then turned to the newly made mother.
“Have you thought of any names yet?” you asked, your eyes lighting up when Willow nodded.
“Dawn and Dusk.” She mumbled just as Alistair tore open the door. When his eyes landed on Willow and the twin’s, he smiled.
“Twins, huh?” he said softly, sitting on the edge of the bed. Willow nodded.
“C-can we name them Dawn and Dusk?” She asked.
“Of course.” You smiled at the two kissed, then looked back when a warm hand fell onto your shoulder.  Arthur smiled at you, then to the newly made family.

You belly flopped onto your bed as soon as you entered your room, while Arthur closed the door softly.
“That was exhausting.” You moaned, your voice muffled by the blanket’s that your face was buried in.
“I’m sure it was harder on Willow than it was for you.” Arthur fell onto the bed beside’s you, resting his hands behind his head.  You hummed in response, and, feeling a sudden urge to be close to him, shifted you position till your head was resting on his chest. A faint blush wormed its way onto Arthur’s cheeks, but he wrapped an arm around you shoulders.
“Hey Arthur?”
“Hmm?”
“Have I ever told you that I love you?” you looked up at Arthur, whose face was now a light shade of red.
“No, but I’m glad that you do.” You smiled and snuggled closer to the vampire, closing your eyes. “And I love you too.” He added, smiling.
